Your files

Files you process are handled entirely in server memory and are never written to disk, never stored, and never shared. The moment your result is delivered, the data is gone. The editor additionally keeps a copy of your current document in your own browser's local storage (IndexedDB) so a page refresh doesn't lose your work — that copy stays on your device and never reaches our servers.

AI tools

For the AI Summary and Chat with PDF tools, only the extracted text of your document — never the file itself — is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the response. We do not store the text or the responses.

Analytics

We collect anonymous usage events (which tool was used, file size bucket, processing time, errors) under a random session identifier. These events contain no file names, no file contents, no email addresses and no IP addresses, and are never linked to user accounts. We use them solely to understand which tools are useful and where they fail.

Accounts & cookies

Creating an account stores your name, email address and a securely hashed password (or your Google profile basics if you sign in with Google). We use essential cookies only: a session cookie to keep you signed in and a CSRF token to protect forms. We do not use tracking cookies.

Third parties

Infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (account database), Google (optional sign-in), Anthropic (AI text processing), and Resend (verification emails). We never sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. If advertising is ever added to this site, this policy will be updated first and ads will never appear inside the editing workspace.

Your rights & contact

You can delete your account at any time, which removes your stored profile. For any privacy question or deletion request, contact us at vivektech.dev25@gmail.com.
